Tomatoes seeded, chopped
Green Onions sliced
Green Bell Pepper chopped
Cilantro fresh, chopped
Jalapeno Peppers finely chopped
This is an all-purpose south western favorite. This simple salsa is unbeatable when tomatoes are abundant.
For this recipe, you can add all of the ingredients to a food processor, and pulse to the consistency of your choosing. Otherwise you can chop all of the ingredients by hand.
Place in a decorative bowl, and if time permits, refrigerate the salsa for two or three hours before serving, so that the flavors of the individual ingredients "marry".
Delicious served with tortilla dishes, grilled chicken or hamburger.
