Sour Milk Griddle Cakes

Ingredients are for 16 Servings.

1 1/4 teaspoons

Additional Info:

If your sour milk is very sour, add 1/2 teaspoon more of baking soda.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4

In a bowl, sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

Add sour milk, sour cream and well beaten egg. Beat until smooth.

Cook on a hot griddle or hot frying pan.

Enjoy as you would any pancake.
