Speed up the baking time of your potatoes. Soak them in salt water for 20 minutes before baking. This will cause them to bake rapidly.

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Be sure to label and date your container.

This pickling spice will keep for up to 2 months.

As with all spices, Pickling Spice should be stored in airtight containers. Keep spices in a cool, dark place, as heat, moisture and sunlight will reduce their flavor.
