If you wet the dish on which the gelatin is to be unmolded, it can be moved around until centered on the serving dish.
Octopus Appetizers

Combine the breadcrumbs and seafood seasoning mix. Set aside.

Boil fresh octopus for at about 10 minutes. Remove skin and roughly chop. Run cooked octopus through a food grinder or food processor until the consistency of hamburger meat. Set aside in the refrigerator.

In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the dried dill and finely chopped onions. Add the ground octopus and mix thoroughly.

Form the octopus into 1" balls. Roll in seasoned bread crumbs to coat. Pan fry in butter or margarine on the stovetop until golden brown.

Remove to a nice serving dish. Garnish with lemon or lime, or both.

These appetizers will serve 4 as a Main Dish, when served with a nice salad on the side.
