Tips and Hacks
Instead of using a bowl for your veggie dip; use a hollowed out red cabbage. Not only is it a decorative serving dish, it can also be eaten.

Directions:

Before baking, preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C / Gas Mark 6

Combine all of the ingredients to form a dough. Place in a bowl. Cover with a clean dish towel and let rise, until doubled in size, for about 1 hour.

Punch dough down and divide it into 10 equal parts. With a rolling pin, roll each into a thin circle. Brush one side with water.

Spray griddle with non-caloric cooking spray. Put circles, in batches, on a hot griddle, watered side up. Cook until lightly browned, about three minutes.

Transfer to cookie sheet. Bake in a hot preheated 400°F oven for about 5 minutes or use broiler for about 1 minute to finish cooking.

Tested and True
If you have stained plates and dishes, soak them in a mixture of baking soda and hot water. Let them stand overnight, then rub with a moist cloth dipped in salt. Wash and dry as usual.
