Steam the fish, in a double boiler, for 10 minutes and flake it gently. Set aside.
Beat the egg yolks together with the scallions, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, MSG. Add the flaked fish and mix it in.
Carefully drop tablespoon size of the mixture into the deep fryer. Fry until the sides are almost brown or pinkish gold.
Serve hot with a separate dish of soy sauce mixed with vinegar for dipping.
