Directions:
In a large pot, cover potatoes with water. Add about 1 tablespoon of salt and cook over high heat until tender.
Cool and peel potatoes. Puree them in food processor or a blender.
Add eggs, matzoh meal, salt, pepper, and ground cumin. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Prepare small cutlets, about 1-inch long and 1/2-inch wide.
Heat oil in skillet and brown cutlets, a few at a time, over moderate heat.
Drain them on paper towels. Serve warm.
