Iced Chocolate

Ingredients

Directions:

In the top of a double boiler, over hot water, melt the unsweetened chocolate. Stir in the sugar.

Gradually stir in the hot coffee, mixing thoroughly.

Add the milk and continue cooking until all of the chocolate is dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 10 minutes.

Pour into a heat proof jar. Cover and chill.

When ready to serve, divide equally in 4 tall glasses, over ice cubes. Top up with the chilled Cola.

If you're serving this as a beverage, top with each glass with whipped cream.

If you're serving it as a dessert, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each.
