Fried Dill Pickles #2

Ingredients are for 8 Servings.

1 large
3 1/2 cups
1 cup
1 tablespoon
6 dashes
1 teaspoon
3/4 teaspoon
1 quart
1 part
Directions:

Heat oil to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4

Combine egg, 1 tablespoon flour, milk, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; stirring well. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Dip the sliced pickles into the milk mixture, then dredge in flour mixture.

Carefully drop the dredged pickles into hot oil, and deep fry at 350°F, until the pickles float to the surface, about 5 minutes.

Drain on paper towels, and serve with your favorite beverage.

Tested and True
When using cornstarch and water mixture to make a "slurry", throw any extra in the trash and not down the drain. Cornstarch will solidify and clog your drains.
