Directions:
You can use your favourite nuts for this recipe. Almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts go very well with figs.
Combine figs, nuts, salt, and ginger in a food processor and process well. Add lemon juice and pulse until the mixture comes together resembling a dough ball.
Turn out onto a cutting board coated with powdered sugar. Roll thin. Cut into 1-inch squares.
Stack in layers of three, sprinkling the coconut between the layers. Enjoy this healthy snack.
