Wrap your celery in tin foil, also known as aluminum foil, when you bring it home from the store. This will keep your celery delicious and crispy for up to 3 times longer.
Feta Cheese Balls

Ingredients are for 4 Servings.

Directions:
- Beat the egg and milk together. Set aside.

Form the room temperature feta cheese into balls of about a tablespoon each.

Coat each one with flour, then milk and egg mixture, and lastly, the bread crumbs. Refrigerate for about an hour.

Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown, and serve warm.

These are delicious tossed into a green salad.
