Long sprigs of rosemary tied together make an excellent basting brush for the barbecue. When you're finished basting your food, throw the sprigs onto the coals for added flavor.
Coconut Kolache Filling

Ingredients are for 6 Dozens.

Directions:
In a saucepan, on medium heat, mix together the coconut and brown sugar.

Cook until the brown sugar melts, stirring constantly so it doesn't scorch, about 10 minutes.

Add the butter, mix well.

Continue cooking until the filling thickens.

When ready to use, spoon about 1/2 teaspoonful of filling for each square of Kolache dough.
