Ingredients are for 6 Servings.

1 tablespoon
2 cups

1/2 teaspoon
1 large
2 teaspoons
1/4 teaspoon
Directions:
On medium high heat; melt butter in the water.

Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.

Add 6 tablespoons flour, stir in with a whisk.

Remove the fat that surfaces, this is used later in the recipe.

Add the remaining flour and stir again.

Add the heated milk, and blend with an electric mixer to keep it from getting lumpy.

While beating, add salt, egg and sugar.

Put in crock pot to keep warm with the skimmed fat poured over pudding.

Add sugar and cinnamon.

Serve warm.
