If your brown sugar has hardened, add an apple slice to the bag and microwave it on High for 15 seconds. The steam from the apple will soften the brown sugar.
Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

Directions:

In a 4-quart saucepan, combine cauliflower florets, water and salt.

Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until cauliflower is tender.

Transfer 2 cups of cauliflower, including the cooking liquid, to blender and process until smooth.

Repeat this procedure, 2 cups at a time, until all cauliflower and cooking liquid have been processed. Set aside.

In same saucepan heat margarine over medium-high heat until bubbly. Add onion and sauté until translucent. Add flour and cook for 1 minute.

Add chicken broth and milk and cook, stirring constantly, until flour mixture is completely dissolved and liquid thickens.

Stir in pureed cauliflower. Reduce heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through; stir in pepper.

Ladle into 4 soup bowls and sprinkle each portion with dash nutmeg.
