Directions:
Put flour, salt, paprika, pepper, rosemary, curry powder and tumeric into paper bag. Add giblets and shake to coat the giblets.
Melt margarine in a large pan. Add onions, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are wilted.
Add the contents of the paper bag, including the spices, to the pan. Stir well to incorporate all of the ingredients.
Add hot tap water. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 3 1/2 hours, stirring every half hour.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
