Tips and Hacks
A few teaspoons of sugar and cinnamon slowly simmering in a pot of water will hide unpleasant cooking odors and people will think you've been baking all day.
Beef Curry

Ingredients

1/4 cup
1/4 cup
1 quart
1 pinch
1 dash

Directions:

For this recipe, water can be substituted for the orange juice.

Brown the stewing beef in oil. When the meat is lightly browned add curry powder and continue browning.

Add unsweetened chocolate, molasses, tomato sauce and orange juice; bring to a boil.

Turn the heat down and simmer for about 1 hour, continuing to add orange juice if it becomes too thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with rice and mixed vegetables or chutney.
