Baked Kalamata Olives

Additional Info:

For this recipe you can substitute strong flavoured Black olives for the Kalamata olives.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4

Combine the Kalamata olives, fennel seeds, slivered orange peel and pressed garlic.

Place in an oven proof dish and add red wine, just to cover the olives.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until the olives are hot; about 15 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes before serving.
