Asparagus Won Tons

Ingredients are for 4 Servings.

Directions:
In an uncovered skillet, heat 3/4 inch of oil to 360°F.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine 1 envelope instant vegetable soup mix, chopped asparagus, and finely chopped water chestnuts.

Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture on the center of each Won Ton wrapper. Moisten the corners with water. Fold the wrappers, corner to corner to form a triangle. Press edges firmly to seal the contents.

Fry in the preheated hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with soy sauce.
