Apple Pancakes

This recipe is known as Crepes aux pommes des Cantons in Quebec, Canada

Ingredients are for 4 Servings.

For this recipe, you can substitute buttermilk for the sour milk.

Directions:
Beat sour milk and eggs together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and ground cinnamon.

Add apples, unpeeled and cut into small pieces, and melted butter to the flour mixture.

Add the sour milk mixture to the flour-apple mixture. Stir well.

Cook as you would ordinary pancakes in greased cast iron fry pan.

Brown on both sides.

Serve plain or with butter and maple syrup.
