Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4
Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Coat the chicken breast with this mixture.
On medium-high, heat the oil and butter in skillet. Saute the chicken on both sides until brown. Add more oil and butter if needed. Place the browned chicken in a large casserole dish. Set aside.
To the skillet, add mustard, orange juice, water and Amaretto liqueur. Increase heat and boil, stirring constantly, until thick.
Pour sauce over chicken and bake, covered, in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
The Amaretto Chicken can be made in advance, frozen and reheated later.
