Almond Crescents #4

Ingredients are for 24 Cookies.

1/2 teaspoon
3/4 cup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F / 160°C / Gas Mark 3

Beat butter and almond extract until fluffy. Gradually beat in icing sugar.

Add flour and salt. Mix well.

Stir in rolled oats and finely chopped almonds.

Shape to form moon crescents and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown.

Sift additional icing sugar over warm crescents.
