1. Remove the green peel from the zucchini.
2. Remove the seeds, especially if the zucchini are large.
3. Cut into small chunks.
4. Liquify the chunks in a blender or food processor.
5. Divide the creamy liquid into containers 2/3 full to allow for expansion.
6. Freeze it until your are ready to use it.
