Veggie Burgers

Use your favorite frozen vegetables for this recipe. It's your burger, eat it as you like.

10 ounces Frozen mixed vegetables
1 large Egg white
1 pinch Salt
1 dash Black Pepper
1/2 cup Mushrooms » chopped
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 medium Onion » sliced
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
30 Minutes 20 Minutes 50 minutes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4

1. Steam vegetables until just tender. Set aside to cool.

2. Finely chop the vegetables and mix with egg white, salt, pepper, mushrooms and bread crumbs.

3. Form the mixture into patties and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.

4. Top with onion slices, and bake in the preheated 350°F oven, turning once, until brown and crispy on both sides.

5. Enjoy with your favorite burger toppings.
