1. Fry the onions to golden brown in very hot lard.
2. Lower the heat to medium and add paprika, salt and cubed Mutton.
3. Cover and stew slowly.
4. Be careful not to have too much liquid in the pan, but when necessary, a little water can always be added.
5. After 1/2 hour add well washed shredded cabbage.
6. Steam until the mutton is tender.
7. Enjoy!
