Lemon Beebrush Sangria

Depending when you're serving this Sangria; choose soft fruits that are in season. Add them before serving.

Ingredients:

2 bunches Lemon Beebrush » rubbed
2 large Oranges » thinly sliced
1 large Lemon » thinly sliced
1 small Lime » thinly sliced
1 part Fruit » seasonal
1 gallon White wine
2 cups Grand Marnier
1 1/2 cup Brandy
1 package Peaches » frozen
1 package Blueberries » frozen
1 part Champagne
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 15 Minutes 30 minutes
Directions:

1. Place Lemon Beebrush, oranges, lemon, lime and other seasonal fruits in a large container.

2. Add wine, orange liqueur and brandy.

3. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight, or up to two days.

4. Fill a clear glass pitcher with the Lemon Beebrush Sangria, adding more freshly sliced seasonal fruits, frozen peaches and frozen blueberries.

5. Pour into wine glasses with a splash of Champagne.

6. Garnish with a sprig of Lemon Beebrush.
