Directions:

1. Combine cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a bowl. Set aside.

2. In a small bowl mix the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and dry mustard to make a dressing.

3. Stir until well mixed.

4. Sprinkle the dried dill over the vegetables.

5. Pour on the dressing and mix well.

6. Chill before serving.
