- Well oil 3 loaf pans.
1. Combine honey, maple syrup, oil, zucchini milk, dates, walnuts, sea salt, cinnamon, ground cloves and baking soda in a large bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Stir in the flours and wheat germ.
4. Spoon the mixture into 3 well oiled loaf tins.
5. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour or when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Cool in the loaf pans for 20 minutes before turning onto a rack.
