2 large Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons Liquid Sweetener
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/3 cup Dates » chopped
1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 cup Nuts » chopped
1 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 15 Minutes 30 minutes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C / Gas Mark 5

1. In a bowl, beat eggs, liquid sweetener and baking powder.

2. Add dates, flour and chopped nuts.

3. Stir in bread crumbs mix well.

4. Chill in the refrigerator then measure by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet.

5. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
