To make sure your eggs are fresh and safe to eat, use a simple water test. Submerge your egg in a bowl of water: fresh eggs will sink to the bottom, while older, less fresh eggs float. This easy hack helps you determine quickly an egg's freshness before use.

The spinach dip was delicious, I found the bread shell to be a bit too dense and chewy. Maybe toasting the bread before filling it would help.

The spinach mixture was tasty, but the bread shell became too soggy, making it tough to scoop out the dip. I ended up serving the dip with crackers instead.

I loved the idea of using Damper bread as a serving dish. It was a fun and interactive dish to enjoy with friends. I did find that the bread shell became a bit soggy towards the end, but it didn't matter too much, it was still fun.

What a delightful twist on traditional damper bread. It disappeared within minutes, and everyone asked for the recipe.

I served this dip as an appetizer at my party, and it was a success. The combination of spinach, sour cream, and French onion soup mix was rich and flavorful.
