1. Measure 1/2 the Chocolate milk and peanut butter into blender container.
2. Put lid on blender and blend on high until smooth.
3. Add remaining chocolate milk and vanilla. Pulse for 5 seconds.
4. Pour mixture into chilled glasses.
5. Add 1 scoop of ice cream to each glass.
6. Gradually pour 1/3 cup of carbonated water down the inside of each glass.
7. Stir slightly with spoon.
