- Tomato should be peeled, seeded and diced.
- Chicken breast should be cooked, boned, skinned and diced.
- Cook the bacon to your desired doneness.
1. Chop lettuce, watercress, endive and romaine in fine pieces.
2.
3. Mix in 1 large wide bowl or 6 individual wide shallow bowls. Add chives.
4.
5. Arrange chicken, tomatoes, bacon, avocado and eggs in narrow strips or wedges across top of greens.
6.
7. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
8.
9. At the table, pour 1/2 cup of your favorite salad dressing over the salad and toss.
10.
11. Place the remaining dressing on the table for self serve style.
