Ingredients:

1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar » packed
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Corn Syrup
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Raisins
12 each Tart shells

15 Minutes 20 Minutes 35 minutes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C / Gas Mark 5

1. In bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and vanilla.

2. Beat in egg, corn syrup and salt.

3. Divide raisins evenly into the tart shells.

4. Pour the filling over the raisins, filling two-thirds full.

5. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
