1. Place all of the ingredients into a deep bowl to marinade overnight.
2. The next morning, transfer the ingredients, including the marinade, to a crock pot.
3. Cook on the low setting for about 6 hours.
4. If you don't have a crock pot, you can cook the Bear roast in the oven.
5. Preheat your oven to 325°F and cook all of the ingredients for the same amount of time, 6 hours.
6. If it's tender when pierced with a fork, the Bear meat is cooked.
