1. In an uncovered skillet, heat 3/4 inch of oil to 360°F.
2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine 1 envelope instant vegetable soup mix, chopped asparagus, and finely chopped water chestnuts.
3. Place 2 teaspoons of the mixture on the center of each Wonton wrapper.
4. Moisten the corners with water. Fold the wrappers, corner to corner to form a triangle.
5. Press edges firmly to seal the contents.
6. Fry in the preheated hot oil until golden brown; drain.
7. Serve with soy sauce.
