This Anchovy Butter is delicious served with Veal or Seafood.

Ingredients are for 1 Cup

Ingredients:
Qty Unit Ingredient
3 whole Anchovy Fillets
1 cup Unsalted Butter » softened
4 teaspoons Capers » drained, minced
1 clove Garlic » minced
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
1 pinch Salt » to taste
1 dash Black Pepper » to taste
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
10 Minutes 1 Hour 1 hour 10 minutes
Directions:

1. In a small bowl cream together anchovies, butter, capers, garlic and lemon juice.

2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Let the butter stand, covered, in a cool place for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
