Remove the green peel from the zucchini.
Remove the seeds, especially if the zucchini are large.
Cut into small chunks.
Liquify the chunks in a blender or food processor.
Divide the creamy liquid into containers 2/3 full to allow for expansion. Freeze until your are ready to use it.
Zucchini milk can be substituted for the liquid in bread, biscuits, meat loaf, and some desserts.
