Acini Di Pepe Pasta

Directions:
For this recipe, you can substitute any small pasta that you enjoy for the Acini Di Pepe pasta.
In a large stock pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add onion, green pepper, garlic and celery. Sauté for 10 minutes or until onions are translucent and soft.
Add tomato juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add Acini Di Pepe pasta and simmer, uncovered, over low heat 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
