Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

1 1/2 cups Pumpkin Seeds
2 teaspoons Butter » melted
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 45 Minutes 1 hour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°F / 150°C / Gas Mark 2

1. Remove as much pulp and stings from the seeds as possible.

2. Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the melted butter.

3. Spread pumpkin seeds in a single layer on baking sheet.

4. Bake in a preheated 300°F oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.

5. Shake the baking sheet occasionally, to prevent sticking.

6. Store in an container with an air tight lid.

7. Be sure to label and date your container.
