Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in deep bowl to marinade overnight.
The next morning, transfer the ingredients, including the marinade, to a crock pot.
Cook on the low setting for about 6 hours.
If you don't have a crock pot, you can cook the bear roast in the oven.
Preheat your oven to 325°F and cook all of the ingredients for the same amount of time, 6 hours.
If it's tender when pierced with a fork, the Bear meat is cooked.
