- Whip the Whipping cream to soft peaks. Set aside.
1. Mix espresso powder with hot water.
2. Break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso.
3. Allow to cool slightly.
4. Add Creme de Cacao and Brandy, and stir gently.
5. Pour into demitasse cups.
6. Float a dollop of whipped cream on top of each cup.
7. Garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate curls.
