1. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat to shimmering.
2. Add onion, mushrooms, pepperoni, green pepper and oregano.
3. Cook for 5 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent, stirring often.
4. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper; cook for 3 minutes or until gently boiling.
5. Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes or until tender but firm.
6. Remove a strand or 2 and taste it. If it's crunchy, its under done.
7. Tip: Don't throw the spaghetti up against the wall to see if it cooked. That's a myth and makes the wall hard to clean.
8. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
9. Add sauce; toss to coat.
10. Serve on warmed dishes with your favourite side salad.
