1. Spread sesame seeds on a shallow baking tray and bake in the preheated 350°F oven.
2. Shake frequently, until fragrant, 7 to 10 minutes.
3. Don't let them brown, this is a light color paste.
4. Remove from oven and cool.
5. Place the sesame seeds in a blender or food processor.
6. Drizzle in vegetable oil.
7. Process to a smooth paste, about 5 minutes.
8. Add more oil if necessary.
