Avocado Buttermilk Sherbet

Ingredients:

2 each Avocados
2 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 3 Hours 45 Minutes 4 hours
Directions:

1. Peel and puree avocados in blender or food processor.

2. Combine the buttermilk, sugar, honey, corn syrup and lemon juice.

3. Beat well and blend with the pureed avocados.

4. Refrigerate until mixture is thoroughly chilled, then freeze.

5. Enjoy.
