1. Cut dandelion greens, lettuce, onions, green bell pepper and swiss cheese into small pieces.
2. Add salt and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Add the olive oil and vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add the tomatoes cut in quarters, and the eggs.
5. Mix lightly so tomatoes and eggs will not be mashed or broken.
6. Serve on chilled plates.
