1. In a large stock pot, over medium heat, sauté the onion, green pepper, garlic and celery for 10 minutes or until onions are translucent and soft.
2. Add tomato juice, continue cooking until the tomato juice is warm and melded with the vegetables.
3. Taste for seasonings and add salt and pepper, if you like.
4. Add Acini Di Pepe pasta and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
