1. Place room temperature butter in bowl.
2. Add icing sugar and work together with your hands.
3. Add the sifted flour. Keep working with hands until well mixed.
4. Put the dough on a board and pat to 1/2 inch thickness.
5. Cut in rectangles or use a fancy cookie cutter.
6. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
