Nouc Cham is a spicy fish sauce, used as a condiment in Vietnamese cuisine.

Ingredients:
Qty Unit Ingredient
1 each Habanero Pepper » finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic » minced
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 medium Lime
1/4 cup Fish Sauce
5 tablespoons Water
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
10 Minutes 5 Minutes 15 minutes
Directions:

1. In a small bowl place habanero pepper, garlic and sugar.

2. Squeeze in the lime and, using a small knife, add some of the pulp.

3. Add the fish sauce and water. Mix well.

4. Place in a decorative bowl for serving.
