- Juice 1 lemon and reserve the remaining 2 for slices.
1. Add cranberry juice, allspice berries, cinnamon stick, cloves, orange juice and water to a pot and slowly bring to a boil over medium high heat.
2. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavours.
3. Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard the the spices. They have served their purpose.
4. Serve with a lemon slice or orange slice, or both, in each glass.
