- Butter and flour a 1 quart Kugelhopf Bundt pan, shake out excess flour.

1. In a bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, lemon beebrush and lemon zest.

2. In another bowl with an electric mixer beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4. Beat in vanilla.

5. Add half of flour mixture and blend to incorporate.

6. Beat in milk and lemon juice and remaining flour mixture until just combined.

7. Spoon batter into the bundt pan, smoothing top.

11. For the Lemon Glaze: In small bowl whisk confectioners sugar into the lemon juice until smooth and thick.

12. When the cake is completely cooled, drizzle glaze over cake and let it drip down sides.

13. Serve cake at room temperature with sliced strawberries.

Next time you're grilling, use a bunch of rosemary sprigs tied together as your basting brush. It's a helpful tip that gives your food a hint of rosemary flavor and makes your backyard smell wonderful, too. Tie them up, dip in oil, and brush on your meats or veggies.
