This Plum Sauce will keep in the refrigerator for several days, and in the freezer for 1 month.

Ingredients are for 2 Cups

Ingredients:
Qty Unit Ingredient
1 can Plums » in syrup
1/4 teaspoon Orange Peel » grated
3 tablespoons Orange Juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
20 Minutes 10 Minutes 30 minutes
Directions:

1. Drain plums, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.

2. Force plums through sieve. If you don't have a sieve, pulse in a blender.

3. In saucepan, combine plums, plum syrup, orange peel, orange juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and cinnamon.

4. Heat to boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Remove from heat, let it cool.
